Still Shadows

Pursuing fear appeals to our relief from surviving a horrific event or traumatic indecent. Gothic novels allow the reader to empathize with the protagonists as they experience the familiar fears of loneliness, loss of faculties, money troubles, losing the family homes, and fear for the future. The imagery of the cover art recalls classic horror films with which the intended audience would be familiar.
